Training

We recognise our most important resource is our employees. We are therefore committed to ongoing training and development of our entire workforce so that they will gain the necessary skills to reach their full potential.

Individual training and development needs will be identified through:

  • A comprehensive induction programme
  • Probationary period reviews
  • In-depth Employee assessments by independent specialists
  • Performance appraisals carried out at least annually
  • Requests from employees

Staff development and training is an obligation for Line Managers who are responsible for identifying individual training and development needs and supporting and encouraging staff.
